The deal between us, in plain language.

Who's offering what

JamaaRich (operated by Damien Blythers) provides a hosted, private family-portal service. You provide your family, your content, and a monthly or annual subscription. We provide the software, the storage, the hosting, and the support.

Your account

• · You're responsible for keeping your email and sign-in link secure.
• · You're responsible for the family members you invite. If you invite a minor, you confirm you have parental authority to do so.
• · One person, one account. Family roles (admin, member, youth, memorial) live inside the tenant.

Your content

• · You own your content. We don't claim ownership of anything you or your family post.
• · You grant us the minimum license needed to host, display, and back up your content for the people you've shared it with.
• · We don't train AI on your content and don't share it with advertisers.

What's not allowed

• · Illegal content, harassment, threats, or content sexualizing minors.
• · Spam, mass-marketing, or content that's not for your family.
• · Attempts to break out of your tenant, access other tenants, or reverse-engineer JamaaRich.
• · Using JamaaRich to impersonate someone or violate someone's privacy.

If we believe a tenant is being used this way, we may suspend access while we investigate. We'll always tell you what triggered it.

Billing & cancellation

• · Subscriptions auto-renew at the current price until cancelled.
• · You can cancel any time from settings; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
• · If a payment fails, we send a 30-day grace window (read-only portal, no deletion).
• · After 30 days, your family portal goes into offline archive for 1 year before deletion. Email us during that year to restore.
• · Refunds: if something we did broke your service, write us — we'll make it right.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but JamaaRich is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Any disputes that can't be resolved by writing us first will be brought in state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll email family admins at least 30 days in advance. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
